Clarifications for tryouts-- Game ICs.

QnA: (Some of these questions were asked by myself haha, just in case you may not know the answers! Please text me if you have any other questions!)
For Game ICs (that means:Fatin, Dawn, Rosa, Sarah, Natasha, Sabrina)

1) Do we stay at the same place or go to different locations?

You will be stationed at your assigned locations throughout the entire day, except when you go and perform either duties X or Y (leading them to the interview rooms or collecting the next group of girls).

2) How many games will those signing up play? Do they play both games at my location or do they rotate?

The groups WILL NOT rotate. The only movement will be from gallery 1 to one of the assigned locations (Group A to the pri school basketball court gallery, B to the gallery next to that, and C to the pond life gallery). They will stay at that location to play 2 games within 20 minutes.  Then you will send the top 3 that you have ranked to the interview room.
There is NO rotation. The only reason why we have 3 different locations, A, B and C is so that we can have 3 groups trying out consecutively to save time. They will all play the same games, regardless of location.

3) Which game am I in charge of?
You and your partner will be in charge of both games. You will conduct both of them, including the sending off of selected girls.

4) Can you give me an idea of the flow of duties?
a) 2.40: set up area before guides arrive and before the tryouts start. Make sure you have all the logistics needed. Grab a bunch of scoring sheets too!

b) Y calls the first group from gallery 1 and brings them to your assigned location.

c) Introduce yourselves. One of you can explain the game instructions (I (alyssa) will explain the reason we make them play games, in the gallery itself) for game 1. The other one will write down their names on the score sheets by looking at their name labels. Let them play game one, taking note of the time (only allow 8 mins!).

d) observe them carefully (their future cca depends on you!) and take notes. Feel free to write down observations, impressions, actions and adjectives to help you make up your mind. Start ranking.

e) At 8 mins into the game, stop it and tell them whether they did a good job or not. Give the instructions for Game 2. Start game 2, repeating step d. You should be done with your final ranking by the end of game 2. Feel free to take a minute to discuss, away from their ears please.

f) explain that all of them did a good job, but only some of them were selected for the next round, the interview round. Read out the names of those selected. Please treat those who did not get selected kindly, and give them sweets (to be provided) and wish them luck etc. They have feelings too!

g) X brings the selected girls to the holding room (next to the interview room) and passes Alethea the scoring sheets. X then quickly goes back to the location to set up for the next group of girls.

h) Meanwhile, Y brings the rest of the girls back, and quickly collects the next group of girls. Remember, only collect the right alphabet group-- (not soup haha :D ) A, B or C. So if you are assigned to location A, collect only the A groups. and so on.

Repeat.
