4.1 Throw discus (1.0kg) 15.0 metres;
4.2 Throw a javelin (600g) 15.0 metres;
4.3 Throw a short putt (4kg) 6.30 metres.

Training Days:

100m & 400m: Every Tuesday, 2 to 2.30 pm (before Fancy Footdrill)

*Have a heavy recess; I don’t think you want to run right after you eat right? ;)

So, for those who thinks that you can pass the requirements, you can do your testing on the training day. However, if you don’t pass, you should train till you pass.

On thurday, i asked the athlete people to meet me but not all of you met me. And i’m sure there are some of you guys who want to back out right? Try not to back out, cause the training for athlete profi helps you in the ‘physical recreation’ part of your NYAA. And i think training for this profi is really suitable for your NYAA. And also, the guiders are going to be angry ‘cause Ms Goh told you guys to be committed when you guys signed up; if you back out now, you’re in danger.

BUT HEY! IT’S GOING TO BE FUN OKAY? AND YOU CAN LOSE WEIGHT.

If you still want to quit, sms me with your name and patrol to 98273798 asap! :(

Just in case you dont know who you are,

Kimberley Lim Janice Yeo

3. Colours/Flag Etiquette

The patrol in-charge of colours next next thursday is KINGFISHER.

Things to take note:

- PL & PS, do practice colours with your patrol BEFORE thursday itself, most probably during the wed common recess. Also, take note of the colour party's marching.

- Colour Party, you must know how to FOLD THE FLAG PROPERLY and make sure that your halting and marching are in sync to be able to pass flag etiquette.

All leaders, we’ll be practicing colours on next Wednesday (13th July) during common recess!

YAY THAT’S ALL!

Thank you for reading it and i’m sorry for nagging like an old lady.

With lots of love,

Mei Lin!
