All guides playing inter-cca captains ball to take note: YOU HAVE TO BRING THIS FORM TOMORROW. Failure to do so will result it you not being able to go to CCAB! So please submit the form to Janice (3GY) before flag-raising. The latest time to submit will be during break (My class is 2nd floor, eco pond block, right at the corner). If you submit any later, you might not be able to participate anymore.
