Those who have yet to pass the Housekeeping clause in your Guidebook are to print out a copy of the form below and submit to your PLs next Thursday. New recruits will also have to print a copy of this form :)

Honesty is the best policy, so we trust that you will really use the weekend to complete the task requirements.
