Hope you're enjoying the Hari Raya Holiday! But we've got a bit of work for you.
You guys, specifically the sec 1s, but also to whoever hasn't completed this already, have to do the Dental Health Proficiency badge.
Here's your scenario:
You have to design an eye catching and attractive brochure, to inform upper primary school kids on the importance of dental health.
Your brochure must include the following:
1. The structure and function of teeth.
2. A labelled diagram or chart of a tooth.
3. The various oral hygiene aids and their correct use.
4. The importance of good nutrition for good dental health.
5. Name 6 foods which contain free sugars and how they affect dental health.
6. Demonstrate how a younger child can be taught to practice good oral hygiene.
You can submit your project in the form of a brochure or scrapbook.This is individual work, and it's due next next Monday, the 20th of August. Pass it to Ashley or Franki at 3SY or 3GY by 12.00pm.
All other guides who are not doing Dental Health have to do 1 other profi by the same deadline. We've been slacking a bit in the profi department, so we really need to push for more in order to get PNA gold. We're all in this together~
