• All Secondary 3 Guides are to come for Guides BEFORE and AFTER your NAPFA test!
  

Healthy-sandwich-making competition:

- Please BRING YOUR OWN food, cutlery, utensils, rags to clean up the canteen tables and a small container of dishwashing liquid & sponges/scrubs to clean cutlery & utensils

- Give your sandwich a name

- Do up a nutrition table (refer to nutrition labels on packaged foods)

- Do a costing sheet

- No preparation should be done at home except things like cutting a portion of your chicken out

- Optional: Garnishing to decorate plate used to serve sandwich & *other things* to make your presentation nice… It's all up to your creativity!



Skit competition:

- Prepare a skit on road safety & care of public property

- Skit must be at least 5 minutes long but not longer than 7 minutes
