Inter-unit Activity with SJI 2010

CALLING ALL SEC FOURS! :D

We need 8 sec 4s to join the sec 1s to 3s in the inter-unit activity on 17th april, from around 2pm-5pm.
It'll be a really fun games session, and you get a few hours of relaxation away from all the mugging and homework!
So, if you're interested, do inform me asap. :)

The 8 sec4s WILL NOT INCLUDE the following people, who will be station masters for the games:

Esther Ng, Dominique Tan, Wong Mei Yin, Cha Mei Yin, Yasmeen, Linn Yun Ying, Rachel Chan, Hannah Lui, Vera Yeh, Chloe Wong, Thea Goetomo, Rebecca Koh, Stephanie Ng, Cara Yin

Sports Day Marching Contingent

Please note that the following are part of the marching contingent for Sports Day. Training will be every Monday, Tuesday and Friday unless otherwise stated. 4. Marching Proficiency Badge (29th May 2010, 8.30am-1.00pm)

5. Inter unit Activity with SJI (17th Apil, Saturday, 2.00-5.00pm)
All Sec1-3 guides have to attend this inter unit with SJI. Hence, please mark out this date on your calendar. Only valid valid reasons are allowed, please inform the guiders

6. SCGS Annual Campfire (24th April, Saturday)
Please also mark out this date. We will inform you of the timing soon.

7. Marching Contingent for Sports Day
Please be reminded that all will have to attend training sessions on

Campfire Banner :O

Hello everybody!

As we are now preparing for next year's campfire, we need volunteers to help us
design the banner. YAY!!!

So if you're interested, please inform W. Mei Yin / Alexandra T. ( you can ask your PLs for our numbers& emails!).
And come up with a design on A4 sized paper (landscape), and pass it to either of us the 1st day school reopens. Or scan it and email it to both of us.

While designing the banner, please keep in mind ,the theme for the campfire is PSYCHEDELIC .. ooooo

Guides 2010

Hello,

Carolyn here! Your PLs should have informed you about some stuff for next year. But i am just going to post it here anyway.

1. Please try to get your Bronze, Silver, Gold badges as soon as possible. It helps in your CCA leaps points. (You can go to any leaders who has attained a silver to test you in simple clauses)

2. There are some mass testing sessions going to be held during the Holidays- 26 Nov, 3 Dec, 11 Dec and 15 Dec. Please tell your PLs if you would like to come and also specify what you would like to be tested on by Monday.

3. Those interested in representing Guides to run during sports day in the 8x50m relay, please talk to Yun Ying, sec 3.

We are going to revive the guide blog, so announcements will be made through here, so check the blog for updates.

ALSO. Remember to eat more during recess because we will NOT allow you all to go to eat in between the ceremony. And we dont want anyone FAINTING during the whole thing. :( PLEASE PLEASE look after yourselves:) YOU ALL ARE SO BIG ALREADY:)
