NEED GUIDES CHEERLEADERS!

Can those in sec 2 and 3(2008) , IF you are free on 24 NOV(sat) can you please come and support the cooking girls.
And we wil only allow those who has valid reasons to give it a miss and they have to explain clearly to US, (may & cherylyn) k!( trust me, it isnt easy to lie to us, WE KNOW!)

Ok so guides, we need you all to be initiative and support each other when necessary!

Start showing us by coming up and joining competetions when we ask you to!

CPR

STEP 1 : Look out for danger and ask for help

2 : Kneel on the ground

3 : Check for pulse

4 : Check inside the mouth.

5 : Tilt the heads and blow 2 times.

6 : Press on the "POINT" for about 25 times.





BANDAGING







RULES:

1 : Learn the folding of the bandage.

2 : Different type of bandaging method for different types of injuries

3 : Must be comfortable for the injured person yet must be aesthetically BEAUTIFUL!
